2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to use Rido’s vehicle sharing services. We may require identity verification and driving history checks before granting access.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access Rido’s features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.

4. Vehicle Listings and Bookings

Hosts may list eligible vehicles for rental. All listings must be accurate and up-to-date. Guests must confirm bookings through the platform and comply with all rental policies. Cancellation and refund rules vary by booking type and location.

5. Payment Terms

Rido facilitates payments between hosts and guests. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in case of disputes or violations of terms.

6. Insurance and Liability

Rido offers protection plans for both hosts and guests, subject to local laws and eligibility. However, users remain responsible for damage, theft, or any violations of applicable traffic or civil laws. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of an incident.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using vehicles for illegal activities.
  • Allowing unauthorized drivers to use rented vehicles.
  • Falsifying documents or vehicle information.
  • Disrupting or interfering with platform operations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of our terms, misuse of the platform, or legal obligations. You may also close your account by contacting our support team.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable local laws. We encourage resolving issues through our in-app support channels before escalation.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll notify users via email or platform alerts. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
